WE DID IT - TOGETHER. 💗
We set a goal to raise $2,500 during Black Philanthropy Month, and our community showed up in a powerful way.
Together, we raised $3,463.01 through our Pass the Mic celebration, online giving, and our Adult Spelling Bee win — all in support of Pretty Powerful and the girls and young women we serve.
Thank you to everyone who donated, shared, attended, sang along, and supported. You helped us exceed our goal.

The Mentorship Internship Is in Motion
What started as a vision is now happening in real time.
Our inaugural Mentorship Internship cohort is officially underway, connecting teen girls and young women with mentors who can support their personal, professional, and leadership growth.
Through monthly in-person workshops, virtual check-ins, intentional mentor relationships, growth work, and shared experiences, our mentees are building confidence, gaining new skills, and expanding what they believe is possible for their futures.
And we’re just getting started.
Girls’ Day 2025
A Day We’ll Always Remember
Girls’ Day 2025 brought together 60 teen girls for a day centered on confidence, connection, new experiences, and simply having fun.
It was more than a day of programming — it was a reminder of what can happen when girls are given the space to show up, be seen, and imagine what’s possible.
And Girls’ Day isn’t going anywhere. We’ll be back in 2027!
